My Package Shows Delivered But I Did Not Receive It..
I see this package is showing as delivered and once the package leaves us, we can only go by tracking through USPS. We have seen instances since the pandemic where USPS is marking the package as delivered but the package is not actually delivered until a few days later. Please be sure to check in all areas where the package may have been left, and if by 5 business days from the date of marked delivery you still do not have the package -- please email us at [email protected] and we will file a claim with USPS to track down the package.
