How Do I Change/Update My Upcoming Subscription?
If you would like to change/update your subscription, you can do so in your back office :) Simply login and click the Income Platform tab and from here you will click the Upcoming Subscription tab on the left. You will see here the three base subscriptions you can choose from and the list of a la carte add-on asset choices. This is our new system that allows our customers to personalize their monthly auto-shipments. You can choose any assets you would like to be shipped monthly and then click the Save button at the bottom. This will update your current subscription and charge on your next billing date. How Do I Update My Payment/Personal Information?
You can update your payment and/or personal information at any time in your back office under the Settings tab. You will simply click this tab, re-enter any information you wish to change and click the Save Changes button at the bottom. Can I Pause My Subscription?
We do now have the option to pause your subscription for you. We can pause this for 1, 2 or 3 months. Please email us at [email protected] and let us know how long you would like to pause your subscription for.
How Can I reactivate My Account?
If you would like to reactivate your account, you will need to login to your existing account using the member ID and password you created. You will then click the Get Started tab and choose your base subscription and any monthly add-on assets that suite you. You will be able to then go through the checkout process with a valid form of payment and your account will be reactivated on your new subscription. How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
We know one of the most annoying things when getting on a subscription is when you have to jump through hoops and hurdles to cancel it. Companies believe that if they make it hard to cancel then the customer will just stay on the subscription... while this may be true for some, we believe that our members will genuinely enjoy the benefits of their Membership and WANT to stay. If for some reason a member needs to cancel we have made it super simple. Just login to your account and press the "Cancel Subscription" button which will pop up a cancelation email that will be sent directly to your Support Team and they can take care of this for you.
